The Academy of Negotiation provides evidence-based negotiation trainings, coaching and thought leadership resources. Founded by an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with a Ph.D., our trainings and solutions are designed from empirical research findings and field-tested by real working people.

We utilize human-centered design principles to create solutions that put the end-user first. Not all "best practices" are best for everyone. Leveraging empirical research, and listening to the needs of our clients, we design solutions that are tailored to fit your needs.

We believe that learning should be a fun and practical hands-on experience. That's why we've gamified our trainings to be interactive, even when they're online. Negotiation is a two-party activity, and our trainings emphasize the importance of the participation of our learners.
